In the May-ish timeframe we'll start our joint tutorial on the concept of mimesis. To accomodate that, I've added a draft syllabus as a special page (see the top of the blog). I say draft because this syllabus was written in the context of an academic semester, a unit of measure quickly losing its importance. I think there's a lot of benefit in having the readings organized and arranged in some kind of an order. A schedule will likely help to keep things moving along. But, undertaking the tutorial as a blog project feels freer and more liberated than doing so in the context of a strict class.
Take a look at the syllabus, comment with suggested revisions, thoughts, etc.
And in the meantime... "Occasion" [the tiny word in the middle of that "Model", left out of many pictorial symbols for that concept(us/s)] and Communication!!!??? sound like some fertile pre-ground to till... or not till as in "With its saying, thinking lays inconspicuous furrows in language. They are still more inconspicuous than the furrows that the farmer, slow of step {and apparently without a tool, hoe}, draws through the field." until then:
People get very serious about this stuff... (Sorry also too much arguing with the positivism of the Topos lately)
